Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hackwit Technologies Private Limited, we strive to deliver the highest quality of software development and product services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise which require refund or cancellation of services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Client

Service-Based Projects: If you wish to cancel a service-based project, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations requested within 7 days of project commencement will be eligible for a full refund, minus any costs incurred by Hackwit for initial project setup. Cancellations after 7 days will be subject to a prorated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Product Purchases: For products purchased directly from Hackwit, cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, provided the product has not been downloaded or used.


1.2 Cancellation by Hackwit

Hackwit reserves the right to cancel any project or order under the following circumstances:
* Non-payment or delayed payment of fees.
* Breach of terms and conditions by the client.
* If the project is deemed unfeasible or impractical.
In such cases, a refund will be processed based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.


2. Refund Policy


2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
1) Service-Based Projects: Refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 7 days of project commencement. For cancellations after 7 days, a prorated refund will be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
2) Product Purchases: Refunds for products purchased directly from Hackwit will be granted if requested within 7 days of purchase and if the product has not been downloaded or used.


2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:
* Consultation fees.
* Custom development work that has been completed and delivered.
* Subscription services once the billing period has commenced.


3. Refund Process

Request Submission: To request a refund, contact our customer support team at admin@hackwittechnologies.com with your order or project details and the reason for the refund request.

Review and Approval: Upon receipt of your request, we will review the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 10 business days.

Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval..


4. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services or the resolution of your refund request, please contact us at admin@hackwittechnologies.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and reach a satisfactory resolution.


5. Changes to this Policy

Hackwit Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify clients of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
